Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using various recruitment and marketing tools.
Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews and shortlist the most qualified individuals for your Recruitment Manager.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process until their successful placement.
Earn attractive commissions for successfully placing candidates and continuously advancing your career
Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset Experience in a multicultural environment Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus but not required Knowledge and interest in digital marketing and social media platforms Availability to perform this role full-time Strong communication skills with a good level of English To live in Braga or Porto region as presential meetings in the office may occur.
