O que vais encontrar no teu dia a dia?

- Conduzir processos de R&S end-to-end: Procurar, recrutar, entrevistar, avaliar e propor profissionais qualificados para corresponder aos requisitos da função.
- Desenvolver uma rede de profissionais: Construir uma pool de profissionais, para os diversos setores de atividade do grupo IBG, através de fontes criativas, referências e eventos de networking.
- Realizar entrevistas eficazes: Conduzir entrevistas através de várias tecnologias (telefone, teams, etc.) e presencialmente para fazer corresponder eficazmente as qualificações dos candidatos aos requisitos das funções internas.
- Preencher vagas de emprego e conceber descrições de funções: Assegurar que as vagas de emprego são preenchidas prontamente e com exatidão e ajudar na criação de descrições de funções detalhadas.
- Proporcionar uma excelente experiência ao candidato: Assegurar uma experiência positiva e envolvente para todos os candidatos ao longo do processo de recrutamento.
- Garantir o processo de onboarding de forma estruturada, através de um plano de integração, acompanhamento e atividades para garantir uma adaptação eficiente e um início bem-sucedido na função.
- Apoiar na implementação de programas de desenvolvimento e formação, alinhados às necessidades do negócio.
- Colaborar na gestão do desempenho e identificação de talentos internos para progressão de carreira.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os líderes das diversas empresas do grupo.

O que procuramos em ti?

- Formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia Organizacional ou área similar.
- Experiência em ferramentas digitais de recrutamento (LinkedIn Recruiter, plataformas de employer branding, entre outras).
- Conhecimento de metodologias de entrevistas (por competências, estruturadas, entre outras).
- Capacidade analítica para interpretar indicadores de R&S e propor melhorias.
- Facilidade em lidar com diferentes stakeholders e em adaptar-se a um ambiente dinâmico e multifacetado.
- Proatividade e orientação para soluções.
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e influência.
- Organização e atenção ao detalhe.
- Capacidade de gerir múltiplos processos simultaneamente.
- Experiência no setor da construção (valorizado).
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês (obrigatório).
- Conhecimento de francês (valorizado).
