Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Experience Management Data Expert, you will lead and coordinate initiatives to manage critical issues affecting IT services and systems performance and availability. You will act as a bridge between service teams, providers, and business units, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure timely and effective solutions.
You will also monitor and report on initiative progress and outcomes, provide feedback and recommendations for improvement, and perform thorough analysis of issues and pain points leveraging data to gain insights on correlations, root causes, and impacts.
In addition, you will analyze day-to-day data to identify patterns that can prevent end-user issues, aiming to become proactive IT. You will collaborate with service teams and automation tooling experts to drive efforts enhancing service quality through automation initiatives like proactive alerts, anomaly detection, and resolution.
You will collect, understand, and utilize data to improve the user experience and oversee and manage all day-to-day IT operations and applications within onboarded DEM services.
Leveraging data into actionable insights for automation and creating reports in PowerBI and other data tools are also key responsibilities of this role.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields and at least 3 to 4 years of proven working experience with digital experience management tools and as a data architect in the information technology sector.
Strong presentation and communication skills, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to demonstrate commitment to developing, driving, and managing services in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for this position.
A passion for technology and strong execution strengths, entrepreneurial spirit, and growth mindset are highly valued. A strong focus on end-users and end-to-end responsibility is also necessary.
