Function To integrate the After-Sales team at Astara, we are looking for an After Sales Manager, who will be responsible for managing the After-Sales of the brands we represent and implementation in authorized workshops. Reporting to the After-Sales Director at Astara, we seek a professional with strong skills and experience in After-Sales management in the automotive industry.

Personal Profile Ability to innovate and bring new ideas; Ease of interpersonal relationships and ability to work in a team; Analytical and strategic reasoning; Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly with suppliers and dealers; Organizational skills, analytical capacity, and leadership; Dynamism, proactivity, and resilience; Enjoyment of new challenges. Responsibilities Analysis of After-Sales policies of the brands and implementation in authorized workshops in Portugal; Experience in programs involving the digitalization of the automotive sector, namely connectivity and customer service; Presentation of the brands' digital programs to dealers and customers; Management and implementation of critical projects for the business. Experience and Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred); 5 years of experience in After-Sales management roles; Technological skills, with experience in a Salesforce environment being valued; Fluency in written and spoken English.
