HR System Administrator
The HR Systems Administrator is part of Group HRIS team, which is responsible for Group HRIS Strategy, as well as the deployment, development, and maintenance of Sodexo's group HR systems (transactional and data).
This position will be responsible for design, configuration, support, data management, deployment and ongoing maintenance of these systems and related processes.
What will you do?
Development and deployment of new functionality, including; Working with the business to understand requirements Developing solutions to business needs Deployment of both the technical solution and the process Training and change management Ensuring that the solution is employee focused to give a consistent end user experience Ensuring a user-focused experience Working with the various Sodexo entities to ensure that systems are well administered, and processes and functionalities are deployed successfully Actively participating in developing the systems roadmap Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and Sodexo data security policies Driving continuous improvement of deliveries and of team ways of working Communication with business stakeholders Being the interface between the business and the provider(s) to troubleshoot technical issue Other responsibilities may include, but not be limited to ;
Managing the global system configuration, including; Security / access management Management of the release processes for new functionality Workflows design and setup Data model and reference data maintenance Reporting Integrations User support Supporting the business in responding to technical questions Upskilling and training the global community of systems administrators Liaising with local/regional counterparts and/or data stewards, for group definitions communication Managing support platforms for end users and system administrators Management of data quality and consistency Ensuring that system data is fit for purpose Ensuring consistency of data between HR systems What you'll need to succeed?:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Two year minimum SuccessFactors administrator experience including, but not limited to Employee Central, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Learning. Ambitious, proactive, positive attitude and a permanent wish to learn & discover new things Team player as well as able to work autonomously. Listening skills and open-minded towards other cultures/people; Rigorous and methodical. What we have to offer you?
