We are looking for an Amazing: QA LEAD

Seniority: Senior (5+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid from Braga. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal

The amazing you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.

Proven experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) - Preferred

Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating test automation into CI pipelines - Preferred

Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications - Preferred
