This role will involve providing top-notch customer support to our German-speaking clients and offering assistance for web services.
While prior experience in customer service is beneficial, it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our company's products and services to provide accurate information and support.Order Management: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and help customers use our digital services (training provided).Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.Customer Feedback: Gather and share feedback to help enhance our services and products.Work Schedule:Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 19:00 (Rotative Shifts)Late Shifts: Possibility to extend the shift until 21:00Days Off: 2 days (rotative)Relocation:Relocation from outside of Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare after 180 days of the contract up to 400€ in economy class.Relocation from inside of Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs after 180 days of contract up to 150€ in economy class.Temporary Accommodation:- From outside of Portugal: Hotel room for 28 days depending on the project.- From inside of Portugal: Hotel room for 15 days depending on the project.- Shared Apartment for International Relocators: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent of 280€ including utilities (deducted directly from the payslip).- Note: Temporary accommodation is available based on project needs.Additional Benefits:Meal Allowance: 7.63€ net per working day.Transport Allowance: Not provided.Competitive Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.Career Development: Opportunities for growth and career progression within the company.Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health insurance and wellness benefits.Dynamic Work Environment: Work remotely with a global, supportive team.International Team: Be part of a diverse and collaborative work environment
