**Anova is excited to add an International Finance & Controlling Assistant to our Coimbra, Portugal location**.

This qualified individual will bring their talents to our global finance team and focus their efforts on connecting the industrial world - for better.

**What you’ll do**:

- Accounting Support on month end close activities
- Operational treasury management support
- Preparation of billing files
- Assistance of accounting & finance activities of Int’l legal entities
- Assistance on Audit process with CPA
- Assistance for AP&AR management
- Controlling & monthly analysis of revenue recognition & Invoicing process
- Intragroup transactions revision and reporting
- Provide financial ad-hoc analysis when required
- Maintenance & elaboration of additional Financial Processes & Procedures

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Minimum of 2 years of finance & controlling/auditing experience
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory)
- Excellent MS Excel skills (mandatory)
- Experience on accounting and bookkeeping procedures and month end close activities
- Experience on AR &AP management
- Organization and problem-solving skills with excellent use of logic
- Knowledge in German, written and spoken (valued)
- Multinational environment experience (valued)
- SQL and PowerBi skills (valued)
