Estamos à procura de um(a) profissional para integrar a equipa de Business Development.
- _

**Responsabilidades**
- Prospeção de negócios e atração de novos clientes nacionais (área do Porto) e internacionais;
- Acompanhamento e gestão da equipa de consultores;
- Gestão de Contas;
- Monitorização de métricas de negócio;
- Reter, atrair e recrutar talento na área de IT.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência como Business Manager na área de IT;
- Entusiasta de tecnologia com boa compreensão da tecnologia e capacidade de compreender e explicar os requisitos de emprego para funções de IT;
- A experiência de vendas em projetos Outsystems é uma vantagem;
- Forte comunicação e competências interpessoais;
- Focado nos objetivos e motivado para que isso aconteça;
- Proativo, organizado e com fortes competências informáticas como utilizador final;
- Decisor e disposto a correr riscos de poder pensar fora da caixa;
- Excelentes competências interpessoais e liderança num ambiente acelerado.
- Formação: Licenciatura em Gestão ou outra semelhante.
- Experiência: mínimo 1 ano.
