Si tu es dynamique, souriant.e et que tu as un sens du service inégalé, alors tu es peut-être notre futur.e Operation Specialist Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente et proactive, prête à se lancer dans l'action pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre workflow opérationnel.

**1. Logistique et Gestion de l'équipe Intégration** : En tant qu'Operation Specialist, tu seras responsable de la logistique et du quotidien de notre équipe Intégration. Tu planifieras les installations et les maintenances tout en gérant efficacement les ressources de l'équipe pour garantir une exécution fluide.

**2. Construction d'outils révolutionnaires**: Tu auras l'opportunité de contribuer activement à la construction, aux tests et à la maintenance des outils innovants qui amélioreront le quotidien de nos clients et de notre équipe.

**4. Gestion de l'administration des clients**: Tu seras responsable de l'administration des nouveaux clients, de la logistique internationale, de l'accompagnement des clients et partenaires, ainsi que du suivi de nos fournisseurs. Tu seras le chef d'orchestre entre notre société, le client et les prestataires.

**5. Analyse et Reporting**: Tu recueilleras et analyseras les données opérationnelles pour évaluer les performances et identifier les domaines d'amélioration. Tu fourniras également des rapports et des recommandations à l'équipe de direction.

**6. Gestion de Projets Opérationnels**: Tu seras impliqué.e dans la gestion de projets opérationnels, en coordonnant les différentes équipes internes pour assurer leur réalisation dans les délais impartis.

**7. Amélioration Continue**: Tu seras constamment à la recherche de moyens d'améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficacité de nos processus opérationnels, en proposant et en mettant en œuvre des améliorations.

**Ton profil**:

- Tu as déjà vécu une première expérience au sein d'une startup et tu es attiré.e par l'ambition d'une entreprise en pleine hyper-croissance.
- Idéalement, tu as une formation BAC+3, issue d'une grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur.
- Ton esprit d'initiative et ton agilité sont tes atouts majeurs.
- Tu es doté.e d'un excellent sens du relationnel et d'une énergie communicative.
- Ta polyvalence et ta proactivité te permettent de résoudre tous les défis qui se présentent à toi.
- L'état d'esprit entrepreneurial te caractérise, tu es avide de défis et pragmatique dans tes approches.
- Tu es à l'aise pour communiquer en Anglais.
