To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced marketing Specialist to join our team in Portugal or Spain.

**Job Overview**: The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and digital marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including graphics creation, website management, social media content creation and management, reporting, and collaboration with various departments to support marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality graphics and videos for social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Provide support in PowerPoint presentations, including template creation and document layout.
- Create branded documents based on existing templates and elements.
- Manage the company website, including creating new pages on HubSpot
- Develop and execute social media content plans, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, HR, and product teams on marketing projects and initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and project planning.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent English language skills, native proficiency preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, with the ability to create visually compelling content.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and processes.
- Experience in social media management and content planning.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to use Canva

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with copywriting and content creation.

Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

Cross-cultural work experience or experience in international marketing.

Background in agency or copywriting roles.
