This person will be responsible and accountable for all IT activities related to monitoring the project portfolio, governance, and demand management of the department. This will require strong relationships with Global and Regional teams as well as other stakeholders across the IT function.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform the relevant PMO processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control, and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issues, risks, resources, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Develop/Support the creation of detailed Program/Project Plans, scope, budget, and baseline Scheduling.
- Keep track of quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies;
- Develop and maintain monitoring and control mechanisms to track the progress of projects at all phases;
- Execute change management tracking and reporting;
**Education**
- Graduate in Computer Science or similar;
- PMP certification is valued.
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Agile/ Scrum Methodologies;
- English (written and spoken) mandatory;
- Deep customer focus and understanding;
- Strong influence and collaboration skills with executive presence;
- Strong analytical skills;
**Experience**
- Up to 5-years of experience as PMO or Scrum Master.
- Experience with resources management (non-technical profile);
