**About the role**:
Based in the UK this exciting new role is aimed at building a growing team of global commercial and technical partnership managers whilst (directly) owning the UK market.

Focusing on our core and emerging markets this role will work alongside Regional Sales Managers to deliver revenue growth. This will come from partners working with us to create new pipeline that our sales team can support whilst also creating partners that can sell, onboard & manage new customers independently.

Our solution is already used by many international, billion dollar revenue customers. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, highly collaborative & embrace working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**What will you do?**:

- This new senior leadership role will help shape strategically the future growth of Infraspeaks global partnerships channel. This includes reviewing the partnership commercial framework and GTM plan.
- The Global manager will be responsible for hiring, coaching & managing a growing, new team of commercial partnership managers (EMEA & LATAM).
- This role will also be responsible directly for the UK markets partnership pipeline growth.
- Build a Regional Strategy & align global partnership strategies.
- Create a pipeline of new partner opportunities by initiating contact and building relationships with key stakeholders in the UK.
- Understand and deliver our narrative, providing a clear value proposition to new partners.
- Understand our product & onboarding process; in order to help both directly & indirectly upskill existing partners to become more autonomous.
- Share success & enable strong partner collaboration along with the regional sales teams.
- Support sales enablement and marketing initiatives around brand awareness, market positioning and demand generation.
- Acquire and elevate new industry knowledge related to trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
- Demonstrating business acumen and strategic thinking, contributing ideas that help drive our commercial success as a team member of the GTM Leadership group.

**What do we expect from you?**:

- Experience in Partnership recruitment & management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology start-up.
- A proven track record in delivering channel growth.
- Strategic mindset, able to clearly articulate and present a plan.
- Experience evaluating performance to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
- Outstanding relationship management skills, customer obsession and a consultative approach to sales.
- Experience using maintenance management software is preferred, but not a requirement.
