Kelly Sales & Office, is recruiting an International Business Manager, for a reference client in IT Consulting, located in Lisbon.

Main Responsibilities:

- Create the international business unit;
- International business development (EMEA);
- Structuring value propositions with E2E development teams;
- Relationship management with key stakeholders (clients and consultants);
- Weekly KPI reporting to the CEO;
- Monthly and annual reporting to the CEO;
- Definition of the international positioning strategy;
- Hire and train managers for the international team.

**Profile**:

- Ambitious professional who wants to make an impact in a company with high growth potential;
- Experience in international business development in nearshore technology services regime;
- Portfolio of clients and opportunities;
- Financial and economic skills in business and unit management (ROI, EBIT, EBITDA, NET, etc);
- Strategic vision to present solutions for market expansion, services and problem solving;
- Coaching and mentoring to train new managers for the international unit;
- Empathetic and youthful mindset that matches the company's organizational culture;
- Team player.
