**Who we are**:
**The Role**:
As a **Renewals Specialist** you will orchestrate the seamless renewal process of term-based, hosted, and maintenance contracts within the vibrant SPALAT region. Collaborating with our esteemed channel partners and end customers, you'll negotiate renewal terms while adhering to our company guidelines, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Conduct timely renewals of term-based, hosted, and maintenance contracts in the SPALAT region. This includes providing quotes directly to customers or their dedicated channel partners and meticulously following up on the process until resolution.
- Handle inquiries from customers and partners regarding quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling, and reinstating maintenance contracts, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn risks, proactively working to maximize customer value.
- Coordinate with our stellar sales team when necessary to ensure contracts are renewed promptly.
- Efficiently register new and add-on contracts sold by the Sales team using our cutting-edge contract management tool.
- Manage license requests, either by generating them with license generators or liaising with internal and external providers. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the status, results, and forecasts of the renewals process.
