As a Site Communications Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow across our site in Porto, by closely cooperating with internal and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

In your new role, you will:

- **Assist in the development**of **communication plans**, including **identifying target audiences**, crafting key messages, and selecting **communication channels**:

- **Coordinate**internal**and **external communications**, participate in **preparation**and **distribution of internal**and **external**communications such as **newsletters, announcements**, and **reports**:

- Help **manage and maintain**Porto site **communication channels**:

- Support **event planning**and **execution**:

- **Help track and analyze**communication metrics**to identify areas for **improvement**:

- **Liaise with local top management**, **communication departments**at Headquarters as well as with **local HR Marketing**colleagues, e.g. for **employer branding activities
**Your Profile**
You have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, are creative and can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, you know how to communicate messages in a clear and professional way. You work independently and are mission-focused and you enjoy connecting with other people, establishing lasting relationships and networks. You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized person with a strong customer and process orientation and an eagerness to communicate with different stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this position, if you have:

- A **degree in Corporate Communications, Media, Communication Sciences**, **Computer Science, Business Administration**, or a similar field;
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially **Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint**:

- **Some experience with content management systems**, e.g. for intranets or websites**:

- **Very good**writing and editing skills**:

- **Excellent**communication skills**and a**collaborative mindset**:

- **Fluency in**English**language, both spoken and written**
