**Sales Operations Specialist**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As part of the European Sales Operations (SOPS), you will be working closely with the Field Sales Organization in Europe in a variety of tasks supporting the Company’s revenue growth targets. The high level of activity requires you to balance a range of pre and post sales responsibilities. This is a great opportunity**Main responsibilities include**:

- Pre-sales assistance (temporary license generation / helping reviewing quotations and contracts )
- Post-sales assistance (arranging booking transaction with expertise of internal policies and by communicating with various departments such as Legal, Revenue Recognition, Order Management )
- Deep understanding and use of internal sales tools and processes to promote them to sales team and engage on each enhancement worldwide
- Customer profile (data base) administration
- Assisting accurate forecasting

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree or 2 years in similar position
- Solid verbal and written communication in English is mandatory, German knowledge is a plus
- MS Office skills required. Knowledge of SAP and CPQ is preferred.
- Works self-contained on complex assignments requiring judgment and initiative in resourceful and effective ways
- Good listening skills to understands implication of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
- Feels comfortable working in an international team and English-speaking environment
- Positive thinking and enjoy working as support/ back office of the Sales team.
- Team player with a customer-focused attitude
