The Digital Global Unit (DGU) is an area in the Holding company that challenges the whole organization to think differently, adapt, and accelerate digital transformation, making sure EDP is ready to thrive in a context of increasingly faster technological, economic, and societal change.

We are hiring a Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant for the Digital Value Creation Area that sits within DGU, and whose mission is to work hand-in-hand with EDP businesses across the world, (1) to shape digital strategy and guide the transformation required, (2) to identify and select new digital solutions to be developed and implemented, and (3) to drive a digital 1st culture underpinned by new, more collaborative and agile ways of working.

This is a wide-ranging role, that will require you to work across organizational areas and departments. If you possess the drive and the skills required to tackle this challenge, and are interested in a career at EDP, we would very much like to hear from you.

Main responsibilities:

- Help shape EDP’s digital strategy, in close alignment with top-management, and collaboration with the various EDP businesses;
- Prepare and deliver high-quality executive presentations to C-Level on relevant digital topics;
- Manage high-impact, high-visibility, strategic, and transformational projects in collaboration with other internal areas, and/or external consultancies;
- Build a trusted relationship and work together with the various businesses, across platforms and geographies, to effectively drive digital transformation;
- Research and develop internal and external benchmark exercises to challenge the organization, with forward-thinking, digital, user-centric, and future-like view;
- Support the preparation and delivery of Design Thinking workshops with wide organization involvement, and collaboration in ideating, prioritizing and designing new opportunities;
- Engage the various EDP businesses and employees in identifying new digital opportunities and/or challenges, and new solutions to be developed/ deployed;
- Manage the identification and selection of new digital solutions to be included in the development pipeline of DGU’s Digital Factory Hub;
- Contribute towards driving a digital 1st mindset and culture across the Group, working with HR and EDP University in topics such as change management programs and/or digital upskill.

Looking for people with the following requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering,

Management, or similar;
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Strategy and/or Management consulting, in a top-tier consulting firm;
- Experience in digital strategy and transformation projects;
- Experience in leadership and/or relations management in large, complex organizations;
- Experience and/or knowledge of the energy sector will be valued;
- Proven ability to adapt to an everchanging context, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
