We are **Emma - The Sleep Company**. We revolutionize sleep by pushing the boundaries of what technology can do for rest. Our aim is to awaken people's best by enhancing their sleep. We are one of Europe's fastest-growing sleep innovation companies with 850 + team members representing over 65 nationalities at our international offices in Frankfurt, Manila, Lisbon, and Shanghai and Mexico City.

**What you'll do**
- You are responsible for planning, analyzing, optimizing and growing our offline marketing investments with a strong performance-focus.
- You take care of the strategic media planning, buying and optimization of our campaigns in close collaboration with our localized country teams and media agencies.
- You make sure to steer our TV investments in-line with our business targets while identifying and testing new opportunities to further grow the channel.
- You work closely with our internal marketing and creative teams to envision, develop, and execute creative ad strategies.
- You have a very analytical mindset, know how to build upon A/B-tests and have strong negotiation skills.
- With your hands-on mentality, you deep dive into performance data to support optimization & growth, and actively drive the improvement of return on ads spend.
- You will work with our inhouse data scientists to evolve our attribution strategy to effectively measure the performance.

**Who we're looking for**
- You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or have an equivalent form of education
- You show initiative, are reliable, ambitious and have strong analytical skills
- You have a quantitative mindset and desire to work with data in order to find answers
- You have have good knowledge with the Office package
- You have already gained first-hand experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Marketing or CRM
- It would be beneficial if you also have some experience in the field of Performance Marketing (particularly Offline Marketing), Media Agencies, or Data Analytics, in the form of internships or as employment
- Your strengths include team spirit and a sense of responsibility
