Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of €965 gross per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Coverflex, private health insurance, and meal allowance.

Job Description

As a key member of our D2C or Offline Operations/Logistics teams, you will focus on:

  • Operations Analytics: Analyze network constraints and bottlenecks to improve service and inventory.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support demand forecasting, supply and inventory planning, and drive standardization and data processes.
  • Warehouse and Supplier Management: Oversee suppliers and logistics service providers, coordinating day-to-day operations.
  • Process Improvement and Project Management: Own strategic projects to enhance operational processes, drive sustainability activities, and analyze network constraints.
  • Operations Marketplaces: Contribute to stock management, process automation, warehouse management, and transport bookings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A background in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience in operation or supply chain management and logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and basic interest in data modeling and programming.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with strong English language abilities and other language skills an advantage.
