**Overall responsibilities and duties**:
The Suppliers Onboarding & Master Data Lead is accountable for all the databases linked with supplier.

**The main missions of the role are**:

- Be the reference on supplier databases
- Conducts regular reviews and improvement sessions with Account Managers from external data tools
- Become the central point of contact and coordinate PSP’s supplier-data related activities
- Participate in the Data Governance network
- Lead Onboarding teams in the Creation and deployment of the Supplier Onboarding booklel

**Qualifications**

**Experience / Technical and behavioural skills**:

- Excel proficiency
- Meticulous: Oriented to details
- Experience in managing “conflicting data” that can impact purchasing processes
- Experience in data management and system and process enhancement
- Good communication and training skills
- Ability to conduct meetings
- Ability to define and track projects targets
- Basic purchasing/finance knowledge (Sourcing, Cost break-down, PR-PO, Risk assessment, Cash, P&L, General Ledger)
- Flexibility to manage remote teams (different time zones and cultural traits) and horizontal matrixes (Functional reports, rather than hierarchical)
