**ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAINEE (Paid Internship)**

- You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop the skills necessary to support the growth and success of our business.

**We will count on you to**:

- Work directly with a portfolio of small corporate clients;
- Manage the daily requests of the clients and/or Production Officers, such as General Information of Policies; Claims Feed-back and reports, follow-up on inclusions and exclusions, etc.;
- Control in advance of policy renewal dates and mediate between the client/Production Officer and Insurance Company;
- Provide support to the Operations / Claims Management area;
- Keep our internal systems up-to-date with the client/policy information.

**What you need to have**:

- A degree in Economics, Management, Law or similar;
- English and Portuguese language proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).
