A **HRB Solutions** encontra-se em Processo de Recrutamento para empresa multinacional, líder no setor da Logística e do Transporte. No seguimento da sua estratégia de consolidação a crescimento, o nosso Cliente pretende recrutar um **Accounts Receivable Trainee**.

**FUNÇÕES**
- Gerir recebimentos e a respetiva contabilização de todas as entradas de clientes, isto através de SAP;
- Identificar anomalias contabilísticas e possíveis desvios, reportando-os ao Accounts Receivables Manager;
- Produzir relatórios de atividade (ex: relatório de fecho do mês) referente às várias filiais do Cliente;
- Colaborar na análise de extratos de contas, assim como das suas reconciliações;
- Estabelecer uma rede de contactos internos (ex: Filiais) e externos (ex: Clientes), assegurando o seu bom funcionamento;
- Participar no acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho contabilístico de clientes e fornecedores;
- Assegurar que as políticas financeiras e os procedimentos contabilísticos definidos pelo Cliente são devidamente cumpridos.

**PERFIL**
- Formação Superior em Contabilidade, Finanças, Economia, Gestão ou área relevante para a função;
- Fluência em inglês, oral e escrita (obrigatório);
- Conhecimentos de SAP (preferencial)
- Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Excel avançado (preferencial);
- Atenção ao detalhe, rigor e à priorização de tarefas;
- Perfil pró-ativo e dinâmico, com boa orientação para o cliente;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, organização e responsabilidade;
- Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal.
