We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist for a full-time position to join our Hugo Boss Digital Campus team in Porto.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure smooth end2end customer order experience through various Ecom platforms globally.
- Monitoring of operative Ecom processes. Troubleshooting and coordination of bug fixes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse SLAs and create reports based on business needs. Initiate and drive data-based decisions and enhancements.
- Work closely together with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers to ensure smooth order processes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts - SLA (Service-level agreement).
- Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflecting them into own priorities.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective collaboration.
- Self-starter attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Willingness to make decisions and come up with own solutions.
- Process and IT Affinity.

**Nice to have**:

- Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as German, Spanish, or French.
- Experience within the retail and fashion industry.
- Experience within international environments, consultancies, or a start-up environment.
