DESCRIPTION
As a Product Manager, you will act as the roadmap administrator. You are responsible for evaluating opportunities and determining what is built and delivered to the customer.This means you can adapt a product design, based on its final use case.

Building products from scratch requires flexibility. You may need to use different approaches to solve different challenges. Sometimes you will use agile, sometimes waterfall, or sometimes a mix of both. The important thing is that can adapt to necessary changes and will be comfortable with the solution you and the team create.

To be a Product Manager at tb.lx, you need to have a deep knowledge of the 4 D’s, Deep Knowledge of the Customer, Deep Knowledge of the Data, Deep Knowledge of Your Business, Deep Knowledge of Your Market and Industry and also being Smart, Creative, and Persistent. In your day-to-day work you will face some challenges such as delays in product delivery or a lot of prototyping and waste before getting a validated proof of concept and a final product.

You will be the person responsible for the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product, talking to the Business Partners, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineers. One key value of yours, should be an openness to always challenge the status quo, be creative, be persistent, and challenge the team to think outside of the box.
At tb.lx, as a Product Manager, you will have a real opportunity to shape the future of sustainable transportation and build products that cover 5-15 years of the customer's experience.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM**:
You know how to manage products from problem identification to launch with further monitoring and growth (0-10, 10-100, 100-1000);
You have experience in user research;
You have experience in shaping and managing API-based product and complex as-a-service subsystems;
You are comfortable with data-driven products (data streaming and batching, prediction model and forecasting);
You are comfortable with product analytics;
You have experience working in a B2B setup.

NICE TO HAVE

You have experience in complex B2B2B products;
You understand service design;
You have experience in or are willing to learn to work with IoT data;
You are comfortable diving into highly technical topics;
Any engineering experience is a plus.
