**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As a Senior Business Development, Marketing& Strategy Professional in the Business Operations team you will manage 2-4core projects across our Gas Service Region Europe & Africa. What are thoseprojects? Those projects comprise the executive reporting to the Siemens Energyboard, the market evaluation as well as strategic initiatives of our serviceregion with respect to protect, grow and decarbonize of Siemens Energies' gasand steam turbines as well as heat pumps. You develop, grow and shape new ideasin the New Business Fields like e.g. hydrogen gas turbines, heat pumps andbusiness model innovation. On your strategic assignments you will leadcross-functional teams of up to 10 people. This role is an ideal springboardfor a global career within Siemens Energy after 2-3 years.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You will manage projects making a real impact for Siemens Energy and the Energy Transition. As Senior Professional you will manage 2-4 projects in parallel ranging from market evaluation, business development and strategic assignments as well as executive reporting
- You will lead large cross-functional teams in the strategic assignments and build a strong network inside and outside of Siemens Energy
- You will develop and coach more junior colleagues on the job and share your experience & skillset with them
- You will analyse risks and opportunities for the Gas Services business on a continuous basis and discuss them with the executive management team
- You will shape the overall Business Strategy of Gas Service Region Europe and Africa

**What You Bring**
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience at a top tier Strategy Consultancy up to the level of a senior project manager; ideally you have complemented your professional career with experience at a corporate Strategy department of a multinational company
- You have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams of minimum 10 members and you know how to motivate your team to go beyond
- You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to structure & solve any problem
- You are able to communicate with executive stakeholders in English and German and you have proven to convince others based on your persistence and argumentation
- You are eager to consistently meet and exceed objectives while taking ownership of complex challenges
- Ideally you have consulted companies in the Energy Sector, Oil & Gas or Power Generation, which has developed your passion for the Energy business
- You are a team

**About the Team**

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
