**Visão geral da posição**:
Como Coordenador de Apoio a Projectos, irá gerir projectos de implantação de lojas e de modernização de sucursais de baixa complexidade e baixo volume no âmbito dos Serviços de Implantação Global, incluindo inquéritos no local, actividades de preparação, transporte e planeamento (por exemplo, de instalação, programação de recursos e atribuição de engenheiros de serviço e/ou terceiros necessários para, por exemplo, trabalhos de construção). As suas principais responsabilidades estarão relacionadas com: Gestão de projectos, planeamento da implementação, comunicação com clientes e terceiros, gestão de competências, dados principais, gestão de custos, apoio às vendas. Trabalhará em estreita colaboração com o gestor de entregas da empresa e fornecerá actualizações regulares do projecto.

**Responsabilidades chave**:

- Estabelecer o planeamento do projecto, definir e acordar objectivos de entrega mensuráveis e realistas.
- Estabelecer processos de implementação relativos às expectativas dos clientes. Participar na selecção dos membros da equipa de projecto e dos parceiros externos/internos/subcontratantes a nível nacional, incluindo verificações regulares da capacidade.
- Completar o planeamento da implementação, incluindo o desenvolvimento do calendário geral de implementação em cooperação com o cliente, de acordo com o contrato e utilizando as ferramentas padrão de fluxo de trabalho de implementação da Diebold Nixdorf.
- Ser o primeiro contacto para todas as comunicações com o cliente no âmbito do projecto de implementação; realizar actualizações regulares do estado do cliente, assegurando uma comunicação e um fluxo de informação contínuos e transparentes e actuando como interface entre o cliente e todas as partes internas/terceiros para garantir resultados atempados do projecto.
- Gerir os fornecedores, acordar e verificar o cumprimento dos KPI.
- Fornecer ao cliente relatórios sobre o estado do projecto, tal como acordado no contrato, e cooperar estreitamente com a EDM dedicada.
- Definir as competências necessárias para os recursos envolvidos nas tarefas do projecto (por exemplo, inquéritos no local) e fornecer informações às partes relevantes (por exemplo, expedidor, gestor de fornecedores, fornecedor de transportes, etc.), planear e coordenar os processos, atribuir subtarefas, supervisionar a execução profissional e atempada das tarefas e dos resultados do trabalho de acordo com o seu superior.
- Assegurar que o cliente fornece os dados mestre iniciais (por exemplo, sucursais, número de POS, esquema IP, etc.). Assegurar a qualidade do debriefing e a exaustividade dos dados principais após cada lançamento/instalação. Fornecer dados mestre (por exemplo, número de série, endereço de instalação, etc.), de acordo com as normas definidas, à equipa de administração para finalizar a configuração no SAP/CRM para a entrada em funcionamento do serviço.
- Gerir o P&L de cada projecto de implementação de acordo com os parâmetros orçamentais definidos e acordados. Assegurar a encomenda atempada ao cliente e a pedido, gerir o IMAC/R padrão e as cotações e propostas de implementação.

**Qualificação necessária**:

- Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência relevante na mesma função
- Conhecimentos sólidos de aplicações MS Office.
- Fluência em inglês e português
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação verbal e escrita
- Pensamento crítico e boa capacidade de resolução de problemas.
- Orientação para o pormenor

- Experiência em funções de projecto orientadas para o cliente
- Metodologia de resolução de problemas e capacidade analítica comprovada
- Boa compreensão do ambiente informático
- Sólidas competências técnicas e compreensão do desenvolvimento de software, redes e sistemas
- Capacidade de realizar várias tarefas; deve ser capaz de coordenar mais do que um projecto e várias tarefas
- Capacidade de agir de forma autónoma com pouca supervisão
- Competências organizacionais eficazes
