**Position Summary**

For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to HR Manager, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent.

**A day in the life of...**
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;

**What will make you successful**
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas;
- At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient;
- Good priority management and communication skills;
- Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus and understand the business environment.
