We are offering a great work experience in Lisbon, Portugal for a role as an Customer Service Data & Price Update Management - English, Italian or German Markets

**Experience/Education**
- **Experience/Education**:

- Minimum 3 year of experience in customer service with a minimum 1 year in a data maintenance role (Pricing)
- Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives

**Language Skills**
- Proficiency in English, German, or Italian

**General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge**
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile preferred
- Excellent mandatory written communication in English + one other European language
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning
- Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
- Basic Excel Skills

**YOUR MISSION**:

- **Handles customer data base updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance.**:

- Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate

communication to customers/clients
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes
- Responsible for the review and administration of price deviations and exceptions
- Respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed
- Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories
- Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization’s pricing strategy
- Provide support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing
- Administer and upload exceptions for customers price list from customers
- Undertake ad-hoc pricing analysis as required by superiors

Shifts:
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

**Salary**: From 1,600.00€ per month
