**Your Role**:
- Coordinating production process across EMEA region (one or more processes depends of complexity);
- Developing of technical specification for new equipment;
- Fulfilling and leading machine test release:
- Define new test requirements and procedures,
- Follow defined standard for equipment release process,
- Ensure BOE (Bill of Equipment) updated with new tested technology,
- Organizational support in all equipment delivery phases from installation and release to SOP, in manufacturing plants in EMEA region;
- Interacting and lead a team with representatives from each plant from multiple countries to achieve standardization and communization of procedures and equipment’s in the working region:
- Creating process documentation for new projects/equipment’s (e.g. Process Flow-chart, Work instructions, Error
- proofing / Poka-Yoke list).
- Ensuring manufacturing standards updates for production process area (PFMEA / POS / BOP / EOS / BOE) and provide inputs for (DFMEA & BOD);
- Collaborating with other departments and external laboratories to define correct testing scope for raw material / semi-finished product finished goods
- Performing market benchmarking to identify new technology to meet customer and manufacturing expectations;
- Analyzing of technical documentation: e.g. technical drawings, specifications, standards, special customer requirements;
**Your Background**:
- B.S or M.S in technical field Mechanics, Industry
- English skills, min level B2
- Ability to read technical drawings & documentation
- Understanding of engineering theory and principles of design
- Ability to plan and prioritize own task
- Analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within EMEA region
