**Human Resources Manager**
**Descrição Geral das Atividades**:
- Possuir uma profunda compreensão dos objetivos estratégicos e globais da empresa. Elaborar planos de ação para as atividades atuais e futuras, alinhados aos objetivos da empresa e à metodologia de trabalho estabelecida.
- Participar de reuniões diárias para estabelecer prioridades, alcançe de objetivos e propostas de melhorias. Elaborar a apresentação do que foi executado;
- Utilizar as melhores ferramentas e metodologias, habilidades e práticas para extrair o melhor de cada profissional e também garantir a saúde, o bem-estar, a motivação e uma maior produtividade geral dos membros;
- Atuação no âmbito operacional: recrutamento e seleção, relações trabalhistas, saúde e segurança, conformidade com a ACT, gestão documental, integração de novos colaboradores, avaliação de desempenho, retenção de talentos, treinamentos.
- Mediação e gestão de conflitos, uma boa comunicação com todos os membros. Busca de melhor desempenho geral da organização através da melhoria constante dos profissionais;
- Elevar a eficiência do departamento de Recursos Humanos através da implementação de melhorias em áreas cruciais e na implementação de processos.
- Manter elevados níveis de integridade e de confidencialidade;
- Ter atenção aos detalhes e precisão mesmo quando sob pressão;
- Ser pró-ativo e excelente na gestão de tempo, capaz de lidar com múltiplas tarefas, ao mesmo tempo em que assegura que tudo é feito de forma atempada e assertiva;
- Habilidade para trabalhar com processos automatizados (softwares) que visam planear o trabalho em conjunto das equipas em torno dos objetivos comuns da empresa;
- Conhecimento das ferramentas Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, DevOps e Teams;
- Muito boa capacidade de comunicação, tanto verbal como escrita;
- Ser residente em Lisboa;
- Estar regular no país;
- Fluente em português e proficiente em inglês (obrigatório).
