We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team.
**What you’ll be doing?**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Conducting lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities;
- Grow revenue by up-selling towards existing clients;
- Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
**Why you are a good fit ?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **German;**:
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Experience in sales, cold calling or advertising;
- High School Diploma;
- EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card;
