Dieser Job bietet dir die Möglichkeit, dich als Repräsentant einer großen deutschen Bank um sämtliche Kundenangelegenheiten zu kümmern.**

Wir suchen aktuell nach deutschsprachigen Kundenberatern, die kurzfristig in der malerischen Stadt Porto, im Norden Portugals, beruflich durchstarten wollen.

**Zum Aufgabenfeld**:

- Begrüßung der Kunden auf höfliche, freundliche und professionelle Weise unter Anwendung vereinbarter Verfahren
- Als First Level Agent nimmst du eingehende Anrufe entgegen und bearbeitest lösungsorientiert jedes Kundenproblem
- Du bist nicht nur Schnittstelle zu privaten Endkunden sondern kommunizierst auch im B2B-Umfeld mit Geschäftskunden
- Du bearbeitest die Kundenfälle nicht nur reaktiv sondern bist auch bereit, die Produktpalette proaktiv anzubieten und erweiterst somit die "Customer-Journey"
- Du stellst sicher, dass die für unsere Kunden erbrachten Dienstleistungen die vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungsindikatoren ("KPIs") erfüllen
- Du hörst den Kunden bei allen Anliegen und Bedürfnissen aufmerksam zu, zeigst Einfühlungsvermögen und nutzt die Gelegenheit, eine Beziehung zum Kunden aufzubauen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse über die Produkte und/oder Dienstleistungen aufrechterhalten
- Vollständige und korrekte Arbeit, einschließlich angemessener Vermerke auf den Konten, wie erforderlich
- Teilnahme an Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Unternehmensleistung
- Verfolgen, Dokumentieren und Abrufen von Informationen in der Anrufverfolgungsdatenbank
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen durch Verweis auf veröffentlichte Materialien, Sekundärquellen oder erfahrenere Mitarbeiter

**Zu deinem Profil**:

- Schulabschluss und drei bis sechs Monate einschlägige Erfahrung bevorzugt
- Höflich und stark kundenorientiert
- Gute Computernavigationsfähigkeiten und PC-Kenntnisse
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Kommunikation, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Zuverlässig mit ausgeprägter Liebe zum Detail
- Fähigkeit zum Multitasking, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, flexibel zu sein und sich schnell an Veränderungen anzupassen
- Toleranz für sich wiederholende Arbeiten in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld mit hoher Produktivität
- Fähigkeit, sowohl als Teammitglied als auch selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Demonstration von Geduld in allen Situationen des Kundenkontakts, einschließlich der Beibehaltung eines angenehmen und professionellen Tons und Verhaltens
- Fähigkeit, je nach Bedarf Schichten zu wechseln
