The Bosch unit in Ovar belongs to the Building Technologies division and is focused on bringing solutions to the market that are shaping the smart cities of the future. The company develops and produces innovative solutions for security and communication systems, fire alarms and electronic displays. **Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:

- Transcript ECRs from external BT R&D centers into the BT SAP system P27
- Distribute ECRs to the operational crew for analysis
- Inform Ovar organisation about actual ongoing Change proposals
- Align "VA" run content as well as dates together with R&D
- Prepare and coordinate "VA" run together with operational crew
- Define and Reserve production capacity on STP level to assure "VA" runs
- Define with R&D the possible "VA" runs when these are not requested by the R&D
- Assure "VA" document fill out towards the perfomed run
- Make follow up on EOL anouncement and manage the introduction date together with CLP and Customer and operational team
- Coordinate operational team towards "VA" runs
- Product BOMs Maintenance/Management according to the type of the changes
- Views creation from Yraw and management on Ysem & Yfin Level
- Weekly feedback meetings between R&D and Factory on ECR progress (OvrP team participation)
- Manage Product Changes with R&D after ISIR(QG3) status
- Weekly progress meeting to align current "VA" status (scope 2 weeks)

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Degree in Management or Engineering (preferred);
- Experience in Change Request;
- Experience with SAP;
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Good level of English.
