**Your contribution to something big**:
As Group Leader:

- Group manager leading a local project managers team.
- Build up high performance project management team for the Security Camera and Software Solution business.
- Define targets, KPIs and set goals for the team.
- Coach project team members, review deployment of best practices and lessons learned.
- Coordinates team project activities, supporting the teams and stakeholders
- Track team progress against established strategic plan.

As Business transformation manager:

- Define and lead the assigned work packages related to the product development transformation in Video Systems business unit.
- Be part of the agile transformation core team (SAFe and Flight Level concept) define targets and work packages (including KPIs)
- Be bridge among Software teams and Product teams in Ovar Location and worldwide.

As Project manager:

- Leading multidisciplinary project teams: R&D engineers, production, purchasing and testing.
- Accountable for the overall success of projects from Start of Development to Start of Production to achieve defined targets for sensors camera/software related projects such as TTM, PPC (cost), quality and specification
- Clearly communicate with project teams and management team and drive the changes when deviation occurs in terms of schedule, budget, and quality issues.
- Develop project plan for product development, including major milestones and critical paths, main deliverables, project budget plan, resource allocation.
- Defining communication plan, conducting risk management with contingency plan for assigned project.
- Use different management tools such as: JIRA, JAMA, MS project, WBS, critical path, FMEA etc..

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- MBA, change management experience is a plus.
- PMP Certification | PMI is preferred. Bosch "Certified Project Manager" (CPjM) is a plus.
- Several years of experience in project management, knowledge of electronic product launch processes (phases of Definition, Development, System test, Launch and Volume Production) preferable in hardware products, video system (IP camera) or electronic products is a plus.
- Working experience in automotive (OEM) business is an advantage
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies, e.g. Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Flight Levels.
- Be organized to prioritize work for the project team and demonstrated experience of coordinating and leading project teams.
- Be a leader to be able to inspire the confidence of stakeholders and sponsors in the event the budget or timeline needs to be recalibrated or additional resources are needed to complete the project.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Advanced skills in communication, decision taking and problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
