We are recruiting **Financial and Procurement Support Officer**.

Supporting D 4, including, but not limited to:

- Calculating experts’ reimbursement claims;
- Supporting FIA pool of D4 and POs of D 4 and Executive Office with financial and procurement tasks including launching relevant procurement procedures;
- Supporting D 4 in other tasks inter alia greening, internal communication, mission, events, when required.

**Tasks**:
■Managing the day-to-day experts’ reimbursements;
■ Assisting FIA and PO in organising procurement procedures;
■ Assisting FIA in preparing transactions for FIA encoding;
■ Assisting in administrative tasks of D 4;
■ Keeping all folders and documentation up to date, particularly greening, participation in external audit;
■ Assisting in internal communication activity.

**Requirements**:
■ Preferential minimum bachelor's degree;
■ Minimum experience of up to 5 years in the area;
■ Minimum knowledge of spoken and written English level B1, B2+;
■ MS Office knowledge;
■ Customer Oriented, Autonomous, and Organized;
■ Ability to analyze and identify problems;
■ Ability to suggest and implement solutions to identified problems.
