IT Service Desk Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC-related issues via phone, remote tools, or deskside support.
- Perform ad-hoc deployment and on-site installation of desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Coordinate the recovery of desktop/laptop assets and manage the life cycle of hardware (break/fix, upgrades, and new hires).
- Manage and support mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and support IP networking (wired and wireless).
- Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Update and maintain daily ticket progress and ensure accuracy within the ticketing system.
- Keep IT Asset Management (ITAM) records current and up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar technical support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently, collaborate with team members, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer service-focused mindset.
- Exceptional PC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with mobile device management and basic IP networking (wired/wireless).
