Posted- 07-Feb-2024- Service line- GWS Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Building Management, Engineering/Maintenance, Facilities Management, Project Management, Property Management- Location(s)- Lisbon - Lisboa - PortugalGarantir a execução correta da manutenção preventiva e corretiva planeada, assegurando a conformidade com a segurança na execução da mesma e mantendo comunicação constante com a pessoa responsável, com o objetivo de minimizar incidentes e fornecer uma resposta oportuna.

**Principais Funções**
- Desenvolver actividades no âmbito da tecnologia dos edifícios, nomeadamente:

- Gerir contratos no contexto do Facility Management (Hard e Soft services).
- Desenvolver Planos de Manutenção Preventiva.
- Gestão de projectos das várias especialidades (AVAC, Electricidade ou alterações de layouts) mantendo o contacto com o empreiteiro geral de forma a garantir a adequado controlo do budget.
- Ser responsável pela implementação de políticas de FM de acordo com o vigente na CBRE e/ou na conta cliente.
- Gerir a boa relação permanente entre cliente, utilizadores e fornecedores de forma a garantir um serviço de excelência.

- Boa capacidade de análise para resolução de problemas
- Autonomia
- Experiência em ambiente industrial
- Orientação para o cliente
- Boas capacidades organizacionais e de gestão de tempo
- Proficiente em de Excel e Word
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa
- Bom nível de inglês (B1/B2)
- Conhecimentos do idioma espanhol será valorizado mas não é critério eliminatório
- Experiência: Mais de 3 anos de experiência comprovada em gestão de edifícios e instalações.
- Qualificações: Licenciatura em engenharia, gestão imobiliária ou comercial ou equivalente.
