Game Lead

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Game Lead to join our Mobile Publishing team in our office hub in Almada.

As the Game Lead, you will manage one or more of our live and in development games to ensure they have a full and well balanced feature set to engage and monetise our players. You will work closely with the external development and publishing teams. You will report to our Lead Product Manager. Together you will work collaboratively with disciplines across external development and publishing to help make sure our games are a commercial success..

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze competitors and market trends that can have an impact on your games success and be prepared to react to changes in the status quo.
- Helping analyse early-stage testing data to justify more feature work on a concept or advocate moving on.
- Help us to define and understand the target audience for a game and use this knowledge to better guide our feature and content roadmaps.
- Define a product vision, go to market plan and a roadmap strategy from inception through the full product lifecycle to deliver against the company KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to help build the backlog of product features.
- Support decision making through product analysis.
- Build a backlog of features that allow us to maximise KPI impact vs development efforts
- Define and optimise the Live Ops strategy. Help model the economy of the game and make sure it works for all user segments.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3+ years of experience or equivalent in Game Product Management and/or other relevant game development/publishing positions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to guide, motivate and effectively manage high-performing teams.
- Strong decision making skills, including the ability to make informed and timely decisions.
- Strong knowledge of f2p principles and market
