**Operational Resilience Officer - M/F - Lisbon - Open Ended Contract - Hybrid**

We are currently looking for an **Operational Resilience Officer (M/F)** based in **Lisbon**

**BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT**

The Risk Management Department ensures a 360º degree approach to managing the risks posed to Cardif Services, in line with the BNP Paribas Group framework and policies.

Our Risk Management Department works every day to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks. To achieve it, our Department is composed by a team with a very high level of expertise aligned with the different types of risk we handle, notably those related with:

- Operational Risk and Permanent Control
- Data Protection
- Information Security
- Business Continuity & Crisis Management
- People & Premises Security
- Governance
- Compliance
- Legal
- Third Parties Risk Management

In addition to the described traversal risk management activities, our Risk Management Department is profoundly committed to the strengthening of a risk culture, essential to managing risk and fostering resilience. With a sound deployment of awareness, communication, exercise and training initiatives touching all levels of the organization contributes to leverage the exposure of Cardif Services to the evolving and compounding risk landscape. Furthermore, we provide an active risk opinion to other functions within Cardif Services, enabling decision-making and processes to be risk-informed.

**YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT**

**Specific to Business Continuity & Crisis Management**
- Manages Cardif Services’ Business Continuity and Crisis Management frameworks, according to the responsibilities identified in the relevant internal policies and procedures;
- Contributes to regularly testing the strategies and performing the relevant continuity exercises.

**Specific to Physical Security**
- Advice, support and challenge the implementation of the people & premises security requirements

**Specific to Transversal Risk Management**:

- Supports, as according to her/his domain of responsibility, the implementation and management of projects to enhance the Risk Management activity;
- Supports the management of risks arising from our relationship with Third Parties;
- Be a main contributor to the development of an advanced security and risk culture.

**AS OUR NEW OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE OFFICER, YOU MUST HAVE**
- Degree in any area, including Business Administration, Information Technologies, Audit, Security, etc.
- Previous professional experience in relation to security and business continuity / crisis management is a plus.
- Fluency in English required. Portuguese is appreciated. French is a plus.**WHAT DO WE OFFER**
