As a Project Manager in SW Platform & Networks Project Management, you will be a part of a team of highly skilled project managers and trainees located in both Denmark, Portugal and Chennai. In our department, we are accountable for establishing, operating and implementing the project portfolio of Software Platform solutions around the world. We lead and carry out our projects according to our execution model in an efficient way from scoping to market delivery. **Responsibilities**
You will be a lead PM, supporting the Module roadmap and strategy by taking part of the projects executed out of our Technology Centre in Porto, while the projects have a global reach with teams and stakeholders worldwide. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle and the commercial output of our projects delivered through our stage-gate execution model:

- Scope, initiate and carry out SW Platform & Networks module projects
- Be accountable for budgets, timelines and project plans
- Accountable for planning, including technical reviews, project management reviews and gate recommendations according to the operating model of Vestas.
- Monitor progress and escalate risks and deviations timely to find mitigations to issues.
- Communicate clearly to the complete stakeholder map, and guide downwards, upwards and lateral in the organization.
- Work closely with line management to secure the right staffing and timely initiation of the projects and set the teams up for achievement.
- You will also have an important role in supporting Program manager with the portfolio management and alignment with the Value Chain stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- You have a technical or another relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc). An engineering degree within electrical, IT or similar would be an added value, but not a requirement.
- Previous work experience as a project manager and controlling of project budgets and financials.
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbally.

**Competencies**
- You have the ability to inspire and people listen to you when you present your points with conviction and valid arguments.
- You can project across different cultures and you are present even though some will be coordinated remotely.
- You embrace changes and you are guiding your surroundings through the changing environment.
- You have stakeholder and communication mgt skillset to address a complex stakeholder matrix.
- You have great IT skills and can quickly understand and read systems and dependencies between systems.
