**What you'll do**:

- You will perform ABC/XYZ classification & portfolio management.- You will define action plans and ensure proper follow up on obsoletes and excess.- You will define inventory budget & trends, as well as aligning these with Emma's country teams.- You will ensure proper follow up on country inventory targets with country teams.- You will define the balance between pricing strategies and inventory levels.- You will coordinate regular communication with product development and sales with regard to product range and sales changes.- You will identify system and process weaknesses and develop proposals for optimizing inventory planning.- You will work in an international environment: you will support our international and dynamic growth with the special challenge of establishing new processes in new markets.**Who we're looking for**:

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in management, business administration, business informatics or a related field.- You have practical experience in inventory management, operational planning or supply chain management.- You understand demand & supply, distribution planning process, re-order point planning and DRP distribution planning.- You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data.- You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working.- You are attracted by new projects and challenges.- You have a high interest in the continuous further development of existing processes.- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.**What we offer**:
