Purchasing Assistant

**Your contribution to something big**:

- Supporting Category Experts in residences in administraive tasks concerning sourcing managment eg:
- Sourcing Requests check/evaluations (completeness, correctness, offer confirmation,etc.)
- i-Source processing (also check individual requirements, etc)
- Non-Tender RfQs & Fast-Lane RfQs
- Rate Card sourcing checks and execution
- Negotiation preparation, support shadow calculations, Excel analysis for CoQ preparation etc.
- Setting up and executing i-Source auctions
- Administration of tasks with suppliers, IBP,... (e.g. checking of invoices)
- Support contact partner for main contact partners at IBP and suppliers
- Conduct individual requirements based on the material field/customers/suppliers...
- Complexity management support e.g. for analysis and reporting
- Support QAA, NDA, etc processes

according to a defined materialgroup specific checklist. Checking of offers.-
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Education: closed qualification as commercial/industry areas, secretary/assistant management or similar.
- Personal aspect: Reliable, supportive, communicative internally and externally, fast and efficient with administrative work, quality
- Working: be able to work independently.
- Skills: Data and IT-system knowledge and/or affinity
- Language: Fluent English
