We are looking for a
**Project Manager - IT Risk tool migration** to join a project in a client based in Lisbon or Porto (banking area). You will work on the IT Risk tool migration to Service Now. Your mission will be to work within the migration programme management team and manage the IT RIsk stream. Actively support all experts and stakeholders concerned. Prepare committees, processes, alerts, reports communications and participating in all global program committees. Incorporate and support change management with user training and awareness. Work towards alignment with the SME (Subject Matter Expert).
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Project Follow-up meetings, committees and steering's
- Alerts processing, escalation, resource mobilization, planning and resource coordination
- Communication, tuser raining and awareness
- Production of committees materials, preparation of minutes with the support/help of the PMO
- Scoreboard, KPI and steering indicators.
**Technical and Essential Skills**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (mandatory)
- Previous experience working with IT Risk - Practice
- MSOffice package: Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Expert
- Project Management - Expert
- Reporting - Practice
- Service Now - Practice
- Previous experience with IT Risk and/or Service Now Project Management will be highly valued.
- FLUENT in English MANDATORY
