The Digital Go-to-Market Learning Ecosystem Specialist ensures that we provide the appropriate digital framework and infrastructure for our internal and external learners and is therefore in regular exchange with IT and the regions, among other departments.

In your new role you will:

- **Maintain **and **develop **the overall **framework **and infrastructure for **“Go-to-Market” **learning **offering **to internal and external **learners**:

- **Maintain **and **develop **the **iShare **catalog **of **training **offering for internal and external learners
- **Ensure **availability **and **accuracy **of **learning analytics **data **and **dashboards **for stakeholders
- **Automate training requests **via a tool
- Maintain intranet pages of the Academy
- Interface with Digital Marketing in the Divisions and Digital Customer Interface departments to co-develop the processes & tools
- Harmonize Academy processes and tools across regions

**Your profile**

You are organized and able to work in a fast paced and structured way. Furthermore, you are a proactive person with a great set of communication skills that allow you to establish good professional connections with others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A Bachelor's or Master's **degree **in **Educational Technology **, **Instructional Design **, **Computer Science **, **Information Systems **, or a related field
- **3+ years of experience **in **developing **and **managing digital learning **ecosystems **or similar roles
- **Affinity **with **digital platforms **and **tools **(e.g. Sharepoint, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc)
- **English proficiency **verbal and in writing
- Affinity for data and data quality
- If you have the ability of creating connections with different stakeholders
- Availability to travel to Munich on quarterly basis
