**Operations Specialist

**Your daily life at Bob**
- Provide ‘world class’ experiences for our guests to ensure that when they travel, they don’t book a ‘hotel,’ they book a ‘Bob’
- Be Bob’s ‘go-to guy/gal’ for local events and cultural knowledge to offer our guests authentic experiences
- Bring happy, positive energy when working autonomously or as part of a team
- Challenge convention, yourself, and our teams to recognise best practices and future operational enhancements or opportunities
- Conduct housekeeping quality audits to ensure that we maintain our ‘ridiculously clean’ standards for guests and effectively manage our partnership with our supplier
- Be the ‘troubleshooting king/queen’ for reactive operations tasks
- Conduct property inspections to ensure that we prepare considered planned preventative maintenance works to maintain our high-quality product
- Establish, improve & implement Bob’s standard operating procedures
- Manage Health & Safety compliance in your dedicated property**: You will keep our apartments up and running

**Skills**
- Apart-hotel / Operations experience in the hospitality industry
- Calculated decision making
- Time management that is on point
- Eagle eye for brand detail
- Competent IT skills to work with or learn property management software
- Fluent Portuguese and exceptional English-speaking skills
