**The Role**

**What will you do?**
As an Administrative officer, your **key responsibility **will be to carry out claims management operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.
You’ll be working on real client projects performing the following** tasks**:
- **Insurance Oversight**:
- Participate in the tender process, facilitating seamless communication with insurers.
- Consolidate insurer responses and ensure meticulous validation of insurance contracts.
- **Tech-Driven HR Management**:
- Manage the HR extranet, showcasing proficiency in document control.
- Develop and update user-friendly documents, including HR guides and employee resources.
- Provide expert customer support, addressing HR-related inquiries with precision.
- **Data Coordination Expertise**:
- Coordinate seamless data transfers from clients.
- Create Business Impact Analysis.
**What are we looking for?**

- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Knowledge of the basics of insurance contracts is an advantage
- Relational and writing skills
- Priority management

- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize
- Autonomy
- French proficiency minimum B2 expected C1
