Job Offer: Customer Service Advisor (Dutch Speakers)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid - Work from Office & Home)

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our clients' customers receive timely, accurate, and supportive responses to their inquiries across various communication channels. Additionally, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and safety of online content, ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and moderate content on websites, social media platforms, and other online channels to ensure it complies with our policies and guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and provide solutions to their issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in dutch (C1 level or above).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Comfortable with technology and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
