**YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY**:
We're looking for a Groceries Account Manager that will be responsible for building and developing partnerships with top Groceries chains.

**You will**:

- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
- Support negotiations with new partners
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo's partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner's meetings and business reviews)
- Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling)
- Analyze partner operations and provide plans, tools and solutions in order to provide best in class experiences
- Ensure that Glovo has the best content
- Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners
- Improve Glovo's revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- 4yr+ experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, top internet firms, FMCG)
- Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering is a plus. Preferably with experience in the groceries industry or on-demand delivery industry.
- Data-driven with an analytical approach: takes decision based on data and makes business judgment when necessary
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
- You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented
- You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems
- Understanding Business profitability, revenue dynamics and drivers.
- Can negotiate commercials and manage large partner accounts.
- Strong Commercial skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Native portuguese and fluent English (C1)
