**Purpose and impact**:
Inside Sales is the person who will develop and maintain strong customer relationships by acting as a primary point of contact, ensuring customer retention, and promoting business growth through loyalty and expansion of relationships with existing customers. This person is responsible for understanding customer needs, ensuring the delivery of products and services by meeting these needs, resolving problems, identifying additional sales opportunities, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for a company that is starting to operate now in Portugal. With your communication skills, our team will grow
- Calling qualified leads for selling;
- Checking products & systems compatibility;
- Developing reports for sales strategies.

- Great verbal and written communication in English;
- Sales experience;
